Ulfet Baykent Uysal has been assigned as the new HR Director of Mey|Diageo

Ulfet Baykent Uysal has been assigned as the new Human Resources Director of Mey|Diageo, which makes a difference through its innovative and trail-blazing HR practices. With more than 23 years of experience in Human Resources Management, mostly in national and global positions in multinational companies, Ulfet Baykent Uysal is going to be leading the development and actualization of human resources strategy of Mey|Diageo, as of May 23, 2022.

After graduating from the Department of Economics of Bogazici University, Ulfet Baykent Uysal started her career as a Human Resources Specialist at Unilever Türkiye in 1999. At Unilever, she undertook several projects in different fields of human resources, and worked on training and remuneration, in cooperation with the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at the head office in London. After serving as the HR Manager in Talent Management & Marketing, for a time, she was transferred to Unilever's office in France in 2007, and served as Program and Change Manager in the global HR Transformation Project. In 2009, she returned to Unilever Türkiye and was assigned as the HR Director in Supply Chain & Industrial Relations, and in 2017, she was assigned as the HR Director of the company, responsible for Sales and Marketing in Türkiye & NAMETRUB Region. Before joining Mey|Diageo, Ulfet Baykent Uysal, who is also a Gestalt coach and a member of the Sales Network platform, leaded the HR department of the brand "Vitra" at Eczacibasi Yapi Urunleri Grubu, where she started serving as the HR Director in 2018.
